Job summary

A T E Enterprises is seeking a capable professional to own end-to-end project execution for South & East regions from handover to closure in Bengaluru. You will ensure site readiness, plan installations, drive commissioning and training, and manage warranty and escalations.

The role requires coordinating with field engineers, suppliers, and customers to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and accurate documentation. HVAC/AHU experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC/AHU/Chillers preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects across regions
• Strong coordination with site teams and customers

Responsibilities

• Own execution of projects from handover to closure in South & East
• Ensure site readiness, installation planning, safety compliance and quality
• Drive commissioning, performance validation, and handover documentation
• Own complaint management for South & East territory
• Triage cases, create work-orders, schedule engineers, close as per priorities
• Drive breakdown troubleshooting, warranty service decisions and escalations
• Institute root cause analysis and corrective actions to reduce repeats
• Plan weekly/monthly engineer deployment for balanced resourcing
• Coordinate service offers and invoicing for the region
• Support spares/service quotations, PO follow-ups and billing with Finance
• Close open commercial actions impacting execution (advance payments, milestones, POs)
• Coordinate pre-visit assessments, clarifications and inputs for faster closures
• Run regional weekly review for project status, pendency, resources, escalations
• Ensure CRM/ERP data accuracy and audit readiness

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Own execution of all ongoing and upcoming projects in South & East from handover to closure.
• Ensure site readiness, installation planning, safety compliance, and execution quality.
• Drive commissioning, performance validation, operator training, and handover documentation.
• Own overall complaint management for South & East territory.
• Ensure timely case triage, work-order creation, engineer scheduling, and closure as per service priority.
• Drive breakdown troubleshooting support, warranty service decisions, and escalation management.
• Implement discipline for root cause, corrective action, and closure documentation to reduce repeats.
• Plan weekly/monthly engineer deployment to balance:
• Drive service offers and invoicing coordination for the region.
• Support spares/service quotations, approvals, PO follow-ups, and billing coordination with Finance.
• Ensure timely closure of open commercial actions impacting execution (advance payments, billing milestones, pending POs).
• Coordinate pre-visit assessments, technical clarifications, and solution proposal inputs to enable faster closures.
• Run regional weekly review rhythm: project status, service pendency, resource plan, critical escalations.
• Ensure process adherence in CRM/ERP for data accuracy and audit readiness.
