Job summary

Bhagat Hr Services is seeking a service operations professional to manage day-to-day operations, overseeing breakdowns, AMC, preventive maintenance and installation. The role involves monitoring revenue, costs, and billing while addressing major customer complaints and escalations.

You will coordinate with Planning, Sales, Projects, Stores and Accounts to ensure service calls are allocated and closed within defined TAT, aligning with service parameters and performance targets.

Qualifications
