Freudenberg Gala Household Product Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai invites application for Assistant Key Account Manager - Regional Modern Trade.

The role focuses on developing and executing KAM strategies for assigned Regional Modern Trade accounts to achieve yearly targets and profitability. Responsibilities include managing customer expectations, joint business planning, coordination with trade marketing, maintaining MIS, and stock level monitoring to prevent overstock or stockouts.

Qualifications

• Graduate or above.

Responsibilities

• KAM is responsible for the strategy and execution of the accounts assigned to him/her with proper linking listing, to achieve yearly targets & making the overall business profitable.
• Communicate & manage customer`s expectations like offer requirements, competitor activity to ZSM Keeping track of Target Achievement by monitoring orders received through ARS.
• Joint business Plan with trade (yearly targets and offers, Marketing inputs)
• Coordination with trade marketing on requirement of trade & ensure implementation
• Maintaining MIS – Assortment list of various accounts, off take Sales, Fill rates, Supervisor wise, Account wise target achievement details
• Monitoring stock level & ensuring no overstocking or lower sales against available stock at store.
