Job summary

Freudenberg Gala Household Product Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Mumbai for backend support to Modern Trade.

The role involves coordinating with internal departments and the trade, managing end-to-end order processing from placement to delivery, and ensuring timely payments. The successful candidate will maintain open-item records and assist in trade-related communications. This on-site position requires a Graduate or above degree.

Responsibilities

• Performing backend work for Modern Trade Function by coordinating with internal departments & trade.
• Order processing through to delivery of material to store & ensuring payment collection.
• Maintain records of open items and escalate discrepancies with finance as needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse for dispatch and with transport for delivery.
• Provide information on trade requirements to supervisor/MTM/KAM.
• Prepare suggested orders for trade as needed.
• Build strong relationships with trade partners and understand their processes.

Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Performing work related to accounts assigned to him/her right from Order Processing till Delivery of Material to Store & Getting Payment
• Maintaining details against open item in Account as to reason for open Invoice/deductions
• Maintaining record of secondary sales of the trade assigned
• Follow-up with warehouse for dispatch from factory & follow-up with transport for delivery of goods. Getting PO extension done as & when required
• Providing information on trade as required by Supervisor/MTM/KAM
• Preparing suggested orders for trade as & when needed.
• Building strong relations with trade / meeting trade at least once in a quarter to understand their process & current scenario
• Learning process of other coordinator trade (assigned to other coordinator), so that they can serve as back up in their absence
