Freudenberg Gala Household Product Pvt. Ltd. in India is seeking an Area Sales Manager to grow consumer business across General Trade for the designated area. You will drive distribution, SKU management and sales execution.

The role requires a graduate with strong channel partner management, stock analysis, and a track record of delivering monthly and annual targets; a commitment to diversity and a safe, development-focused workplace is offered.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the monthly/annual targets of sales Distribution, Merchandising, Sales Budget, Receivables and New Product targets. Implement corrective measures.
• Responsible for channel partner management and Stock analysis & market Service
• Responsible for Top ARC-Management and Sales Growth
• Sales Target allotment & execution within team members by breaking down yearly targets into quarterly / monthly / weekly / daily
• SFA tracking on daily basis and track Performances as per company goals of Team
