Job summary

Hinduja Housing Finance Limited is seeking an HR professional to lead recruitment and talent acquisition for finance roles, and to oversee employee relations and engagement. You will build pipelines, conduct interviews, and coordinate with managers to fill roles such as DST, Sales Officers, and Sales Managers.

The ideal candidate has an MBA in HR/IR/PM and 4–7 years of HR experience in financial services, with strong communication, compliance, data analysis, and employee-relations skills.
