JSW One Platforms is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager in Pune to drive growth in the steel/TMT sector. You will identify prospects, manage key accounts, and secure new business through strategic outreach and targeted lead generation.

You will nurture relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (B.Tech / B.E.)
• 4-9 years of experience in Sales Management in Steel/TMT preferred
• Proven track record in business development, lead generation, client acquisition, onboarding and revenue growth
