Job summary

UK Realty is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Leader in Mumbai to plan, drive and oversee sales and customer service operations. You will lead a high-performing team, strategize with management, and ensure achievement of targets while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires 10–15 years of experience, with at least 5–7 years in a leadership position. MBA is a plus. You will work closely with marketing on campaigns and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement sales strategies, customer retention and development by working closelywith the Senior Management
• Lead and manage the sales and customer service team of the company
• Manage and motivate Sales Managers and Channel Managers
• Regularly report achievements versus budget forecasts to the Senior Management Team
• Conducting competitor analysis by keeping a close view of market trends
• Reporting on daily / weekly basis and reporting monthly presentation to the Top managementfor Total Sales, Collection, Revenue, Cash Flow with market trends
• Keeping abreast of market trends to obtain intelligence reports regarding competition andfacilitating the formulation of strategies to counter competition
• Closing deals with clients and ensuring after sales services are carried off properly
• Developing pre launch and after sales strategies and processes to maintain cordial relationswith clients
• Redressing clients grievances and complaints
• Will work closely with marketing team in designing the various campaigns / activities andprovide required support

Experience &Qualification:

• Graduate with a minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience. Atleast last 5 to 7 years as a TeamLeader.
