Qualifications

• 15-18 years of HR leadership experience in manufacturing industry.
• Experience managing HR for large pool of employees across multiple locations.
• Strong expertise in labour laws, compliance, industrial relations, and HR operations.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, HR metrics, and dashboards.
• Tech-savvy, agile, and comfortable leading HR transformation initiatives.
