Job summary

Phoenix Mills in Bengaluru, India seeks an Asst. General Manager for Contracts Department within Projects. You will manage external interfaces with vendors, contractors, consultants and authorities to ensure contractual compliance and project delivery.

The role requires strong expertise in commercial contracting, cost controls, planning and dispute resolution, with 10–15 years of relevant experience in Civil works and finishing. Fluency in formal contract processes is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of project financial controls like rate analysis, cash flow, fund flow, budgets.
• In-depth understanding of commercial contracting, contracting concepts and categories and dispute resolution
• Knowledge of quality standards to be followed
• Knowledge of IS codal guidance pertaining to Civil and Finishing works
• Review of rate analysis and convince the contractors for their acceptance.
• Strong knowledge in planning, scheduling and resource planning especially in Civil contract work and implementing those in costing.
