Job summary

Srias Life Spaces is seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer with 12+ years in QS, planning, cost control, and contract management to lead cost and scheduling functions in Hyderabad.

You will manage estimates, budgets, cash flows, and cost plans; certify bills, handle variations and final accounts; and drive value engineering across residential, commercial, and infra projects with strong leadership and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 12–18 years of experience in QS, Planning, Cost Control, and Contract Management.
• Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage estimates, BOQs, budgets, cost plans, and cash flows.
• Monitor project costs, certify contractor bills, manage variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Develop, maintain, and track project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Monitor project progress, analyze delays, prepare recovery plans, and ensure milestone achievement.
• Prepare weekly/monthly MIS, dashboards, and management reports.
• Review and administer contracts, subcontracts, and work orders.
• Support tendering, procurement, rate analysis, and commercial evaluations.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and management for effective project execution.
• Identify risks, implement cost-saving initiatives, and drive value engineering.
