Role & responsibilities

• Prepare project estimates and budgets based on approved machine layouts
• Manage RFQ processes, vendor negotiations, and quotation comparative analysis
• Coordinate with SCM teams for purchase order releases and project procurement activities
• Collaborate with plant teams to ensure site readiness and execution support
• Oversee building repair, maintenance, and infrastructure development activities
• Monitor project schedules, invoices, submissions, and progress updates
• Execute projects as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Ensure adherence to quality standards through inspections and activity checklists
• Enforce site safety measures and monitor PPE compliance for contractors and workers
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, architects, consultants, and vendors for successful project delivery

Preferred candidate profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute
• 5+ years of experience in Industrial Building Projects
• Strong experience in Site Execution, Project Management, and Infrastructure Development
• Expertise in Project Budgeting, Cost Control, and Vendor Management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project
• Sound knowledge of industrial construction practices, quality assurance, and safety management
• Strong problem-solving, execution, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, industrial infrastructure, or plant expansion projects will be preferred
