Job description

Lead the development and execution of the company's human resources strategy, ensuring alignment with the client's overall business objectives and long-term vision.

Provide executive leadership on all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, compensation and benefits, organizational design, employee relations, and diversity and inclusion.

Collaborate with the executive leadership team to drive organizational effectiveness, fostering a culture of collaboration, high performance, and continuous improvement.

Guide and mentor senior leaders across the organization, offering strategic counsel on workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement.

Design and implement initiatives that support a thriving, diverse, and inclusive workplace, ensuring HR policies and practices reflect these values.

Develop and manage comprehensive talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent to meet future challenges.

Oversee the creation and implementation of competitive and sustainable compensation and benefits strategies aligned with market trends and company goals.

Lead organizational change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions in business strategy, structure, or culture with strong communication and employee alignment.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, continually refining HR policies to remain industry leaders.

Foster growth and development within the HR team, cultivating a high-performing HR function that supports organizational goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with success in senior HR leadership roles, ideally in fast-paced, dynamic organizations.
  • Extensive experience across all HR areas including talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, employee engagement, compensation, and organizational development.
  • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with and drive business success in evolving environments.
  • Deep understanding of change management, capable of guiding organizations through transformation while maintaining engagement.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in managing and mentoring HR teams, fostering excellence and continuous improvement.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law, compliance, and emerging HR trends, committed to legal and best practice alignment.
  • A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
