Job summary

Gaurs in Greater Noida is seeking a seasoned facilities manager to oversee society facilities and ensure smooth operation of all building systems, coordinating with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

You will monitor resident feedback, prepare Monthly Management Reports, manage HVAC, electrical panels, firefighting and safety systems, and enforce safety and energy efficiency standards while guiding a capable team.

Role & responsibilities

• Overall monitoring and management of all society facilities, ensuring the smooth operation of all equipment and building systems. Promptly identified and addressed equipment faults and service issues to minimize downtime and maintain uninterrupted facility operations. Coordinated with maintenance teams and service providers to ensure timely resolution of all unserviceability issues while maintaining safety and operational standards.
• Regularly monitored resident complaints and feedback to ensure timely resolution and high service standards. Prepared and maintained Monthly Management Reports (MMR) detailing pending and closed complaints, tracked response and resolution timelines, and coordinated with concerned teams to ensure prompt closure of outstanding issues.
• Responded promptly to incidents and operational issues by assessing situations, taking appropriate corrective actions, and providing clear direction to the team. Escalated complex or critical issues to senior management when necessary. Demonstrated a proactive approach to identifying potential risks, implementing preventive measures, and ensuring minimal disruption to facility operations and shop owner services.
• Conducts a quality check of work in progress or upon completion to assure acceptability
• Oversees repair and replacement of faulty thermostats, wiring and controls, and compressors
• Determined the appropriate HVAC equipment and monitored its operation to ensure efficient performance, reliability, and occupant comfort. Oversaw HVAC service activities, coordinated preventive and corrective maintenance, monitored system performance, and ensured compliance with operational, safety, and energy efficiency standards.
• Responsible for maintenance of HT & LT Panels and coordination the central electrical team.
• Responsible of maintenance of DG sets report & service records peering.
• Responsible for maintenance of firefighting, smoke detection system & fire alarm system and coordination the central fire team.
• Responsible for AMF panels, Capacitor panels, VFD panels, all starter panels, street lighting Panels.
• Responsible for maintenance of Dry Type Transformer & maintenance of VCB, ACB, SFU, MCCB. Etc. preparing the document and plan the service schedule with WTP & STP and all plumbing job .
• Managed Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (CMCs) for site equipment and facilities.
• Renewal of NOCs/licenses technical knowledge.
