Job summary

Express 3PL is seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to manage daily dispatch activities at a tyre/automotive parts warehouse in India. You will supervise picking, loading, and vehicle placement, ensuring accuracy of SKU, size, quantity, and condition of tyres before dispatch.

You will coordinate with transporters, update transactions in WMS/SAP, and ensure on-time dispatch while maintaining records and shift handover details.

Qualifications

• Minimum +12 or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in dispatch or warehouse operations.
• Experience in Finished Goods and/or Tyre Warehouse operations preferred.
• Working knowledge of WMS and SAP.
• Experience supervising warehouse or dispatch staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily dispatch activities as per the dispatch plan.
• Allocate work to dispatch staff and manage activities.
• Ensure correct SKU, size, quantity, and condition of tyres before loading.
• Supervise picking, staging, loading, and vehicle placement.
• Coordinate with transporters and drivers for vehicle placement and loading.
• Update dispatch transactions and stock movements in WMS/SAP.
• Check for damaged, rejected, or quality-hold tyres before dispatch.
• Ensure vehicles are loaded safely and dispatched on schedule.
• Maintain dispatch records and provide shift handover details.
• Report stock, loading, documentation, or vehicle-related issues to the Warehouse Manager.
• Ensure Client and Express3PL procedures are followed.
