Express 3PL is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee the finished goods warehouse for a tyre manufacturer. You will supervise receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and daily operations, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely deliveries.

You will lead a team, coordinate with clients and transporters, manage WMS and SAP transactions, and uphold 5S standards. A background of 6+ years in 3PL warehouse environments and relevant logistics qualifications is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in a 3PL environment.
• Graduate in any field; degree/diploma in logistics or related field preferred.

The Warehouse Manager will oversee the daily operations of a leading tyre manufactures’ finished goods warehouse, covering stock, storage, dispatch, quality checks, and team management. The role requires experience in 3PL warehouse operations, WMS, SAP.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, storage, picking, loading, and dispatching of finished goods.
• Plan manpower and supervise daily warehouse and shift activities.
• Handle material as per storage and handling procedures.
• Maintain stock accuracy across physical inventory, WMS, and SAP.
• Conduct stock checks and resolve inventory differences.
• Verify product, SKU, quantity, and condition before dispatching.
• Coordinate with the client and transporters to meet dispatch schedules.
• Complete WMS/SAP transactions
• Check and segregate damaged, rejected, or quality-hold tyres.
• Maintain proper stacking, housekeeping, 5S, and safety standards.
• Monitor warehouse performance, identify issues, and take corrective action.
• Prepare daily and periodic reports on stock, dispatch, and warehouse activities.
• Supervise, train, and guide warehouse staff.
• Ensure compliance with the client and Express3PL procedures.

Requirements

• Graduate in any field, Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
• 6+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in a 3PL environment.
• Experience in Finished Goods and Tyre Warehouse operations preferred.
