Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to lead the F&B operation across outlets and banquets, ensuring consistency with Hyatt's brand standards and corporate strategies.

You will manage staff, coordinate events, and work to deliver profitable dining experiences for guests and events at properties such as Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando and Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort in San Antonio, with emphasis on service quality and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Ideally a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Director of F&B, or Senior Restaurant Manager in larger operation.
• Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills, and banqueting experience an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient running of the F&B department in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
• Assist to function as the Assistant Business Manager and Assistant Marketing Specialist for the F&B Department, ensuring outlets and banquets operate successfully and profitably.

The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage is responsible to function as the Assistant Business Manager and Assistant Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.
