Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead all selling activities for our hotel operation, aligning with corporate strategies and brand standards.

You will provide strategic direction in collaboration with Rooms, Food & Beverage, and other revenue-generating departments to maximize sales, guest satisfaction, and owner value, while developing high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Marketing, or Director of Sales in larger operation.

Responsabilités

• Be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

You will be responsible forthe efficient running ofthe division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible to provide leadership in all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with the Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments to maximise sales through the activities of the Sales Department and other employees.

Qualifications

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Marketing, or Director of Sales in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
