Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager-Inbound to oversee daily branch operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver excellent customer experiences. You will manage customer service processes, authorize and verify system inputs for transactions, handle cash operations including FX and traveler’s cheques, and maintain AML/KYC standards.

This role requires strong Leadership, adherence to bank policies, and the ability to resolve customer issues within defined TAT,

• Address and resolve customer complaints within defined turnaround times (TAT).
• Ensure AML and KYC compliance for all account opening forms submitted to CPC/RPC.
