Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd is seeking a proactive Assistant Branch Manager-Inbound to oversee daily branch operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will manage the branch lobby, supervise transactions, handle cash operations (FX/TCs within limits), and lead the team to resolve issues within defined TAT while upholding AML/KYC norms.

This role requires strong leadership and thorough knowledge of banking operations to maintain efficiency and service

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Authorize and verify system inputs for customer transactions and service requests done by subordinates.
• Manage branch lobby and customer queues to enhance service delivery.
• Handle cash operations, including foreign exchange (FX) and traveler’s cheques (TCs), within prescribed limits.
• Address and resolve customer complaints within defined turnaround times (TAT).
• Ensure AML and KYC compliance for all account opening forms submitted to CPC/RPC.
