Job summary

Poonawalla Fincorp invites applications for a Branch Marketing professional responsible for field marketing activities, customer outreach and pipeline development at the Vaishali branch. Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product / Sales experience in Gold loan or other Asset products

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor branch and field marketing to build a healthy leads pipeline.
• Engage customers and appraise pledged gold with correct weight and purity.
• Joint custodian of vault; safekeeping pledged ornaments.
• Verify KYC, review applications and initiate loan disbursals.
• Process foreclosure, part release and closure as requested.
• Authorize disbursal, foreclosure, release and customer payments.
• Maintain control of NPAs through proactive collection follow-ups.
• Plan activities to ensure smooth branch function and team cohesiveness.
• Hire, coach, mentor and train employees; provide timely feedback.
• Maintain quality, prepare reports and drive branch growth.
• Grow gold loan business and other third‑party products.
• Ensure 100% process compliance in valuation and audits.
• Ensure accurate valuation and appraisal of pledged ornaments.

Job Summary

Drive and participate in field marketing activities with the team to improve branch visibility.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct and monitor the branch and field level marketing activities to ensure healthy pipeline of leads resulting in business conversion and branch growth.
• Focus on customer engagement and appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged with correct weight and purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance.
• Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility of safekeeping of pledge ornaments as per company policy.
• Verify customer KYC documents, application requests and initiate loan disbursals.
• Process foreclosure, part release, closure, interest payment transactions basis customer requests.
• Authorize transactions for disbursal, foreclosure, release and accept customer payments.
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow ups from the customers for interest collections.
• Good planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch and for developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.
• Hiring, coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance.
• Maintaining quality and performance of the business, preparing various reports of the same and take necessary actions for growth of business in branch.
• Increase gold loan business plus various other third-party products.
• Responsible for correct valuation and maintenance of 100% process compliance at branch.
• Manage error free valuation and appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight and purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance.
