Job summary

IIFL Finance Ltd is seeking a Gold Appraiser to join our branch network and oversee the gold loan process from valuation to disbursal and closure, while maintaining secure handling of assets.

You will perform valuations, assist customers, manage cash flows, and ensure timely payments and accurate documentation, delivering excellent service at every step.

Qualifications

• Attending to walk-in customers, addressing queries about the gold loan process and schemes offered.
• Conducting gold valuations and identifying gold purity accurately.
• Properly packing and storing gold and gold packets after loan disbursal. Returning gold ornaments to customers after loan closure.
• Managing cash (system & physical) during loan disbursals, interest collection, and loan closures.
• Create new CUID in system & modifications in LOS during Disbursal, Part Release / Payments & Loan Closure.
• Maintain branch registers as per the guidelines – Key / Cash / Packet Movements, Staff & Customer Visits etc.
• Ensuring proper collection and storage of customer KYC documents.
• Following up with customers for timely collection of interest and principal payments.
• Providing good customer service at every step i.e. while pledging, releasing, or making interest payments.

Responsibilities
