IIFL Finance Ltd is a leading gold loan financing company with a PAN-India presence. We are seeking a Gold Appraiser to join our branch and handle customer queries, valuation, cash handling, and end-to-end loan processing.

You will perform gold valuations, manage disbursements and closures, and ensure proper documentation and KYC storage. Attractive incentives apply on top of the stated CTC.

Qualifications

• Experience handling customer interactions and explaining loan processes.
• Ability to assess gold purity/quality for loan valuation.
• Experience with cash handling and branch cash controls.

Responsibilities

• Attending to walk-in customers and addressing queries about gold loan processes and schemes.
• Conducting gold valuations and identifying gold purity accurately.
• Packing and storing gold after loan disbursal and returning items after loan closure.
• Managing cash during loan disbursals, interest collection, and loan closures.
• Creating new CUIDs in LOS and handling payments during disbursal, part release and closure.
• Maintaining branch registers for key/cash/packet movements and visits.
• Ensuring proper collection and storage of customer KYC documents.
• Following up with customers for timely collection of interest and principal payments.
• Providing good customer service at every step from pledging to payment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Attending to walk-in customers, addressingqueries about the gold loan process and schemes offered.
• Conducting gold valuations andidentifying gold purity accurately.
• Properly packing and storing gold andgold packets after loan disbursal. Returning gold ornaments to customers afterloan closure.
• Managing cash (system & physical)during loan disbursals, interest collection, and loan closures.
• Create new CUID in system &modifications in LOS during Disbursal, Part Release / Payments & LoanClosure.
• Maintain branch registers as per theguidelines – Key / Cash / Packet Movements, Staff & Customer Visits etc.
• Ensuring proper collection and storageof customer KYC documents.
• Following up with customers for timelycollection of interest and principal payments.
• Providing good customer service at everystep i.e. while pledging, releasing, or making interest payments.

Additional Responsibilities:

Insummary, the Gold appraiser is responsible for the end-to-end transactionprocess for gold loans - from valuation to disbursal to closure, along withcustomer service.

CTC Upto 3 Lacs ( for Non-Metro) / 4.20 Lacs ( for Metro )
