IIFL Finance Ltd. in India is seeking a Gold Loan Appraiser to handle end-to-end gold loan processing, valuation, and customer service at branch level in Madhya Pradesh. The role involves in-person customer interaction, cash handling, and maintaining KYC records.

Primary responsibilities include gold valuation, loan disbursal activities, and post-disbursal duties with emphasis on accuracy and regulatory compliance at the GL Branch Business location.

Responsabilités

• Attending to walk-in customers and addressing queries about the gold loan process and schemes offered.
• Conducting gold valuations and identifying gold purity accurately.
• Packaging and storing gold and gold packets after loan disbursal; returning ornaments after loan closure.
• Managing cash (system & physical) during disbursals, interest collection, and loan closures.
• Creating new CUID in the system and modifications in LOS during disbursal, part release, payments, and loan closure.
• Maintaining branch registers (Key, Cash, Packet Movements) and logging Staff & Customer visits.
• Ensuring proper collection and storage of customer KYC documents.
• Following up with customers for timely collection of interest and principal payments.
• Providing good customer service at every step from pledging to releasing or paying interests.
