Seeking a proactive, computer-savvy assistant to help manage daily operations, research tasks, and ongoing projects. The ideal candidate is comfortable with technology, process-oriented, curious about new tools—especially AI—and good at keeping things organized and on track. The work is flexible but requires consistency, attention to detail, and clear communication. You’ll help with research, coordination, and making sure projects and ideas move forward smoothly.

How

• Remote — work from anywhere in Bangalore, India.

Role

• Do online research on topics around Startups, AI, and technology in general.
• Keep an eye on schedules, deadlines, and small moving parts.
• Summarize articles, notes, and ideas into short, clear updates.
• Experiment with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) to make work easier.
• Help prepare documents, reports, and quick overviews.
• Stay aware of what’s happening in the business and flag anything important.
• Keep digital files and notes tidy and easy to find.
