Job summary

SolutionBox Insight Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee the tracking, maintenance, and optimization of company assets across IT equipment, machinery, furniture, and related assets.

You will ensure proper documentation, utilization, and cost-efficiency throughout their lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of asset or inventory management experience, proficiency with ERP systems, and a solid understanding of depreciation and asset lifecycle processes.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with asset management software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho, Freshservice).

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Asset Manager to oversee the tracking, management, maintenance, and optimization of company assets. This includes physical assets (like IT equipment, machinery, furniture) and/or financial or real estate assets depending on the business vertical. The role ensures proper documentation, utilization, and cost-efficiency of all assets throughout their lifecycle.

Requirements

Strong organizational and data management skills.

Familiarity with asset management software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho, Fresh service).

Knowledge of depreciation, asset tagging, and lifecycle management.

Analytical mindset with reporting and inventory control capabilities.

Basic understanding of accounting principles related to fixed assets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in asset or inventory management.

Certifications (optional): Certified Asset Manager (CAM), ITIL (if IT asset management).
