Qualifications

• Ensure operators follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Check that correct parts, tools, fixtures, and specifications are used.
• Monitor the condition of assembly machines, tools, and fixtures.
• Coordinate with Maintenance when equipment abnormalities occur.
• Monitor hourly production and achievement against targets.
• Record production, rejection, rework, downtime, and other relevant data.
