Job summary

The Assembler at HR Innovation Group will perform dismantling and assembly of spindles, restoring precision and quality. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, knowledge of machine tools, and capability to work with ERP/inspection software.

You will read complex drawings and BOM, follow safety protocols, and operate small machines as needed. Based in Manesar, the position may involve working in emergencies and at customer sites to resolve spindle-related issues while maintaining

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or BE/B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering with good knowledge of Mathematics
• Experience in complex machine building or repair or similar work such as automotive engine/transmission repair work
• Pneumatics and hydraulics desirable
• Knowledge of bearings, bearing functions and proper bearing assembly protocol
• Knowledge and understanding of GD&T
• Requires minimum supervision, except in areas of a unique aspect
• Excellent mechanical abilities reading drawings
• Able to read and understand complex drawings and BOM
• Ability to use and read precision measuring devices
• Experience with inspection software and ERP systems preferred

Responsibilities

• To do Dismantling and Assembly of all types of spindles
• To ensure all parts should be properly dismantled without any damage
• To check all parts of spindle after spindle cleaning and inspection
• To ensure safety precautions during dismantling
• To fill up spin track data with spindle timing details
• To capable of solving problems during spindle dismantling and assembly
• To ensure the spindle is packed with returnable parts with supervisor
• Ready to work in emergencies and on holidays/weekly offs
• Ready to work at customer end to resolve spindle issues
• To work on surface grinding, balancing machines for spindle rework
• To follow up with machine shop work for parts rework
• Positive mindset, disciplined work style
• Basic knowledge of 5S activities
• Listen to supervisor instructions and work accordingly

• Balance shafts and rotating components
• Inspect component parts as needed
• Install motors into spindle housings

Job Summary

The Assembler is tasked with the rework and rebuilding spindles, often without prints. This position will use precision assembly techniques to restore the spindle to like new levels of quality and performance. This is a demanding job that requires a strong mechanical aptitude, a knowledge of machine tools, constant attention to detail and the ability to perform very precise assembly work to ultra – close tolerance, the knowledge and use of computers and software is essential.

Qualification

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering, with a good working knowledge of Mathematics
• Experience in complex machine building or repair or similar work such as automotive engine/transmission repair work; experience in electronics, programmable controls,
• pneumatics, and hydraulics desirable. Knowledge of bearings, bearing functions and proper bearing assembly protocol.
• Knowledge and understanding of G. D. & T.
• Requires minimum supervision, except in areas of a unique aspect.
• Must have excellent mechanical abilities Drawings

• To capable of solving all problems occurring during spindle dismantling and assembly process.
• To ensure the spindle should be packed with all the returnable parts with supervisor.
• To ready to work in emergency and on when called up in holidays / weekly off.
• To ready to work at customer end to resolve customer issues regarding spindle as and when required.
• To work on Surface Grinding, Balancing Machines for part rework for spindle assembly.
• To get follow up for Machine shop work for Parts Rework for spindle assembly.
