Job summary

BSH Household Appliances Manufacturing Private Limited in Pune seeks an experienced Customer Service Lead to manage escalations and ensure timely resolutions. You will collate open call details, create trackers, and coordinate with field teams to close cases.

The role requires minimum 7 years of experience and a Diploma/BE/Btech. You will liaise with HO functions like SPICE, SPC, and call center, delivering reliable service operations and customer satisfaction.

• Moderate to advanced customer service experience required.
• Experience handling escalations and coordinating with field teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle escalations of customers and ensure timely resolution.
• Collate open call details and create a tracker for effective follow up.
• Follow up for ageing calls with technicians & ISPs and spare parts team.
• Custodian of open calls feedback mechanism for service operation.
• Coordinate with field team on CCC cases and ensure closure after customer satisfaction.
• Liaison with HO functions like SPICE team, SPC, call center & controlling.

Your responsibilities

Handling escalations of customers and ensuring their satisfactory and timely resolution

• Collate open call details and create a tracker for effective follow up
• Follow up for the high ageing calls with technicians & ISPs and spare parts team
• Custodian of entire open calls feedback mechanism for service operation
• Coordinate with field team on CCC cases and ensure to close the CCC after obtaining the customer satisfaction
• Liaison with HO functions like SPICE team, SPC, call center & controlling
