Job summary

BSH Home Appliances Group in Mumbai invites professionals to join the Spare Part - Supply Chain Management team. You will coordinate with warehouses and branches to ensure efficient scrap liquidation and oversee import forwarding and customs clearance.

The role focuses on monitoring spare part consumption, MIS reporting, and timely purchase order actions, with opportunities to grow skills within our global brands Bosch, Siemens, Gaggenau and Neff.

Qualifications

• End-to-end import forwarding and customs clearance with timely pre-alerts.
• Daily MIS tracking and preparation of custom duty documents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & align with warehouse/branches for foolproof scrapping of spare parts as per laid down guidelines of BSH, through BSH approved & appointed e-waste management vendor for Liquidation of Scrap / Non-Moving / dead & Excess Inventory as per the Guidelines
• Monitoring of spare part consumption trend based on current existing population & seasonality.
• Daily checking on the system PR’s taking timely action on releasing POs to respective vendors.
• Monitoring service level performance of the supplier, preparing MIS & taking timely actions for achieving departmental KPI’s.
• Daily monitoring of warehouse GRN, timely action on resolution of pending GRN issues with factory
