Job summary

Teknodome is seeking an experienced Home Appliances Service Operations Lead to manage service operations and partners across the Karnataka territory. You will coordinate installation and repairs, monitor TAT, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has hands-on knowledge of home appliances, strong team and partner management, and excellent communication to resolve escalations. Immediate joining preferred.

• A proactive service professional with strong technical knowledge of home appliances.
• Good team-management and partner-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall service operations and service partners in the assigned territory.
• Monitor TAT (Turn Around Time), complaint closure, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and manage installation and repair services for all home appliances (LED TV, Washing Machine, Refrigerator, AC, Air Cooler). Ensure spare-parts availability at service centers and maintain service quality standards.
• Develop, appoint and maintain a strong service partner / service franchisee network across the territory.
• Provide technical support and training to service partners and technicians.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
