Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sales Planning & Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve primary and secondary sales objectives.
2. Territory & Distribution Management: Manage territory operations, distributor (DB) network, and distribution effectiveness.
3. Salesforce Management: Ensure effective manpower resourcing, development, productivity, and efficiency management of the sales team.
4. BTL & Promotional Activity Management: Drive trade schemes, visibility initiatives, market coverage, new product launches, and brand promotional activities.
5. Sales & Distribution Effectiveness: Ensure adherence to company systems, processes, and policies at distributor and market levels, maintaining operational hygiene.
6. Category Management & Competitiveness: Drive category growth, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and implement strategies to strengthen market presence.
