Job summary

LOOM SOLAR PVT. LTD. in Odisha seeks a dynamic solar sales professional to build and grow our B2B channel across Balangir and surrounding districts. You will generate leads, onboard dealers and EPCs, meet architects and installers, and drive orders through end-to-end coordination with operations.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management, with a proven record of meeting sales targets. Travel within the territory is essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in solar/renewable energy sales.
• Strong knowledge of solar products and the local market.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate new B2B business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Identify and onboard dealers, distributors, EPC contractors, installers, and other channel partners.
• Meet architects, builders, industries, commercial establishments, and institutional customers to promote solar solutions.
• Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and convert them into business.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to provide market intelligence.
• Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and sales forecasts.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade events, and promotional activities as required.
