Job summary

The-Search-House in Mumbai is seeking an Area Sales Manager for UPVC Doors and Windows to drive project sales, lead a local team, and meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets.

You will tap architects, builders and contractors, build partnerships, finalize orders, and address both technical and non-technical client queries while developing new business opportunities and coordinating order processing and payments.

Qualifications

• 08 to 12 years of experience in Project Sales with UPVC Doors & Windows.
• Graduate or Post Graduation.
• Fluent in English & local language.
• Market knowledge of the particular zone.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to reach targets and manage project sales activities.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Achieving Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Sales targets.

Tapping direct Clients through the Architects and Builders/Contractors, of assigned areas and

generating business through them.

Creating healthy relations with New & Existing partners and encouraging them to focus on recommending our product to the clients.

Finalizing orders by providing the best sales experience to clients.

Resolving client’s queries and making them understand each & every technical & non-technical aspect of the project.

Should be able to strategize and develop Business Opportunities.

Assisting operation in process of sale order and payment follow up.
