Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets for volume, value, products, territory, and focus products.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities and ensure effective market coverage.
• Manage and develop distributor and dealer networks to drive sales and growth.
• Monitor distributor performance, inventory, working capital, receivables, credit limits, and policy compliance.
• Ensure timely product delivery, implement schemes, and resolve distributor/dealer issues.
• Track dealer performance and achieve dealer targets.
• Manage slow-moving, damaged, urgent-sale, and discontinued inventory.
• Conduct regular market visits and gather insights on customers, contractors, dealers, distributors, pricing, products, and competitor activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and implement strategies to strengthen market position.
• Lead, train, develop, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
• Ensure timely hiring and onboarding for vacant positions and monitor team performance and attrition.
• Conduct regular business reviews and submit monthly performance reports to senior management.
• Ensure effective use of sales and reporting platforms such as DARPAN, Workozy, and Scorecard.
