Ratnaafin Capital in Nashik is seeking an experienced sales leader to head a team of sales professionals, driving targets through Direct Sales Agent (DSA) channels and focusing on LAP and mortgage loan products. This role is based in Nashik, Maharashtra, and will oversee field operations across the assigned area.

You will build relationships with customers, develop strategies to grow LAP sales, coach the team, and ensure regulatory compliance while expanding product offerings.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in secured loan products such as LAP or Mortgage Loans.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of DSA channels and ability to manage teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for building customer relationships and negotiating deals.
