Job summary

Chola in India seeks an Area Sales Manager (LAP) to lead the LAP vertical, expand customer acquisition, and ensure smooth loan processing in line with regulations.

You will drive sales, manage a team, coordinate with DSAs and customers, and analyze creditworthiness to guide lending decisions while achieving disbursement targets and maintaining compliance across channels.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate or postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related fields.
• Experience: 8–12 years in retail lending, LAP or mortgage sales.
• Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, relationship mgmt, credit assessment, leadership, and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) __ LAP acts as a Area leader for the Loan Against Property vertical. This role focuses on expanding customer acquisition, and other channels, and ensuring smooth loan processing while meeting compliance standards.
