Responsibilities

• Drive sales of LAP and Affordable Housing Loans in the assigned region.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives and channel partners.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct sales, channel partners, and referrals.
• Build relationships with DSAs, financial institutions, real estate developers, and brokers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
