Job summary

You will develop sales strategies for Gujarat, onboard dealers, conduct site visits, collaborate with engineering on technical demonstrations, and negotiate contracts to increase revenue and market share.

Qualifications

• MBA/PG with marketing emphasis preferred for strategy and market knowledge.
• 8-14 years of experience in Sales and Marketing of pumps or similar equipment.
• Strong technical understanding of submersible pumps and motors.
• Experience in agriculture and domestic pump markets desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets in Gujarat (GUJARAT).
• Onboard new dealers, distributors, and retail partners; manage market share.

Key Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in GUJARAT
• New Dealers, Distributers & Retail Appointment, Management and Market share Development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions
• Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer operations and identify opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product development
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
• Develop and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
