KOGTA FINANCIAL (INDIA) LIMITED is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations across Gurugram district. You will source used car loan opportunities, build dealer and reseller ties, and coordinate with Ops and Collections to meet targets.

The role focuses on team building, channel development, regular reviews, and portfolio management with asset verification across the assigned geography. Strong emphasis on relationship building and achieving business plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing used car loans and meeting targets.
• Identifying and tying up with dealers and resellers.
• Coordinating with Operations and Collections for portfolio management and asset verification.
• Regular review meetings with line managers and senior leadership.
