Job summary

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager or Zonal Head, you will mentor field sales staff, monitor market trends, coordinate with head office for inventory and billing, and ensure timely collections.

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly primary and secondary sales targets.
• Appoint new distributors, expand the retail network, and maintain strong trade relationships.
• Mentor, train, and track the daily performance of field sales officers or executives.
• Monitor competitor pricing, product launches, and local market trends.
• Coordinate with the head office for inventory, billing, and timely payment collections.
