Job summary

Aerolam Insulations is seeking an Area Sales Manager (ASM) for the Building Materials sector in Jaipur. You will develop and manage sales across the assigned territory, drive dealer/distributor networks and build strong customer relationships to meet targets.

Ideal candidates have 4–8 years of sales experience in building materials, familiarity with roofing or construction products, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel across Rajasthan to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Must have sales experience in Building Material products.
• Experience in Roofing / Metal Roofing / PEB / Construction Materials will be preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong market knowledge and customer-handling ability.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
• Candidates with strong dealer/distributor or project sales experience will be preferred.
