Job summary

Diamond Roofing And Metals Llp seeks an energetic field sales professional to drive dealer network growth across Rajasthan. You will plan and execute sales strategies, onboard new dealers, and maintain strong relationships to ensure regular order flow.

The role involves extensive travel, negotiation, and on-site product demonstrations to convert inquiries into orders, with incentives based on dealer performance.

Qualifications

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Plan and execute dealer-focused sales & marketing strategy for roofing profile sheets across assigned Rajasthan territory
• Identify, approach, and onboard new dealers/distributors in target districts to expand market reach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealer network, ensuring regular order flow and satisfaction
• Conduct regular field visits to dealer outlets, construction sites, and PEB/industrial project sites to generate leads
• Convert dealer enquiries into confirmed orders through pricing negotiation, product demos, and follow-ups
• Track competitor products, pricing, and market activity in the region; report insights to management
• Coordinate with the production/dispatch team to ensure timely delivery and resolve dealer complaints
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and submit regular sales reports (visits, conversions, pipeline)
• Support dealers with promotional material, product training, and on-ground marketing activities (site branding, hoardings, dealer meets)
• Travel extensively within Rajasthan to cover assigned zones/districts

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-5 years of experience in field sales/dealer network development, preferably in building materials, roofing sheets, PEB, steel, or construction-related industry
• Proven track record of dealer acquisition and achieving sales targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, comfortable dealing with dealers, contractors, and site engineers
• Self-motivated with willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan
• Basic understanding of roofing/PEB products preferred; training will be provided
• Two-wheeler/own vehicle preferred for local travel; valid driving license required
• Graduate in any stream; MBA/diploma in marketing is a plus
• Local language proficiency (Hindi/Rajasthani) essential; English communication preferred
