Job summary

Gripon Bharat in Pune is seeking an Area Sales Manager / Territory Sales Officer to lead dealer networks and drive building material sales across tile adhesive, waterproofing, cement, and AAC blocks. You will visit contractors and retailers, expand market coverage, and promote allied products while achieving monthly targets.

The ideal candidate has 7–12 years in building material sales, strong dealer handling skills, and is locally knowledgeable with a valid two-wheeler.

Qualifications

• Self-driven candidate preferred.
• 7–12 years experience in Building Material sales.
• Experience in Tile Adhesive / Waterproofing / Cement / AAC Blocks preferred.
• Strong dealer handling & channel sales experience.
• Good knowledge of Pune market & builders/contractors.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Two-wheeler mandatory.
• Local candidates preferred.
