NoBroker is hiring an Area Sales Manager in Bangalore to drive property sales and customer engagement. The role involves direct interaction with customers, presenting options, and managing site visits, negotiations, and closures.

The candidate should be target-driven with strong communication and negotiation skills, able to work six days a week, and comfortable with field sales across local markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Sales experience; real estate experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• English, Hindi and local language proficiency.
• Own vehicle – 2-wheeler/4-wheeler preferred.
• Willing to work 6 days a week, including weekends.
