NoBroker is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive property sales in major Indian markets. You will handle qualified leads, present suitable properties, and perform site visits to convert leads into buyers.

You will negotiate deals, build ongoing relationships, and cross-sell NoBroker services while aiming to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets. English, Hindi, and a local language are required, with a willingness to work six days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Sales experience preferred; real estate experience is an advantage.
• Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented mindset.
• Own vehicle preferred.
• English + Hindi + local language.
• Willing to work 6 days a week, including weekends.
