Job summary
UNISON INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING (The Recruitment Company) is hiring an Assistant Sales Manager for Prime LAP. The role focuses on driving LAP sales and disbursements across Delhi/NCR markets, building and expanding DSA/Connector networks, and leading a small sales team to achieve targets.
The ideal candidate should have LAP/secured lending experience, strong network, and proven ability to deliver business results with effective leadership and stakeholder coordination.
Qualifications
- Experience in LAP / Secured Lending / Housing Finance / NBFC / Banking.
- Strong DSA & Connector network.
- Proven team management & business delivery skills.

- Drive Prime/Near Prime LAP sales & disbursements

- Lead, mentor & drive productivity of the sales team
- Ensure strong lead conversion, TAT & file quality
- Identify new markets and business opportunities
