Job summary

Confidentiel is seeking an experienced sales and distribution leader in Mumbai with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in distribution, sales operations, FMCG or related sectors. The role focuses on expanding large distributor networks across multi-region operations and driving RTM strategies.

Ideal candidates are currently ASM or in similar leadership roles with team exposure. The position emphasizes rural market development and transformation of distribution networks to achieve market expansion

Qualifications

• MBA/PG in sales, operations, business management, or related discipline preferred.
• 8–10 years in distribution, sales operations, FMCG, or food & beverage.
• Experience in managing large distributor networks and multi-region operations.
• Previous role as ASM or similar sales leadership with team management.
• Strong exposure to rural market development and distribution expansion.
• Proven ability to develop and execute RTM strategies.

Experience :

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in Distribution, Sales Operations, FMCG, Food & Beverage, or related industries.
• Strong experience in managing large distributor networks and multi-region operations.
• Demonstrated capability in driving distribution transformation, market expansion, and productivity improvement.
• Candidates should ideally be currently working as an ASM (Area Sales Manager) or in a similar sales leadership role, with experience in handling a team.
• Strong exposure to rural market development and distribution expansion.
• Proven experience in developing and executing RTM strategies.
