Concept Medical Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations in Karnataka, India. You will drive revenue growth for our stent and balloon products, building a high-performance regional team and expanding market penetration across the region.

You will develop comprehensive sales strategies, mentor the sales force, and cultivate relationships with cardiologists, radiologists, and hospital administrators. Travel across the region will be required as part of market development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of sales in medical devices or pharma; exposure to stents and balloons preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growth.
• Strong leadership and sales team management.
• Deep understanding of healthcare sector and network.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region.

Key Responsibilities
