Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in the medical device or pharma industry, preferably with exposure to stents and balloons.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in a competitive market.
• Strong leadership capabilities and experience in managing sales teams.
• Deep understanding of the healthcare sector and network.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel extensively across the region.
